1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by CV Garage Doors Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

3. Services

We provide garage door installation, repair, maintenance, spring replacement, and opener installation services for residential and commercial properties. All services are performed by trained technicians in accordance with California building codes and industry standards.

4. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required beyond the original scope. Any changes to the estimated cost will be communicated and approved by the customer before work proceeds.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. All pricing is in US dollars.

6. Warranties

All parts and materials installed by CV Garage Doors Inc. come with the manufacturer's warranty. In addition, we provide a labor warranty on all services performed. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be outlined in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.

7. Scheduling and Cancellation

We strive to accommodate your preferred scheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No-show or last-minute cancellations may result in a service call fee at our discretion.

8. Property Access and Preparation

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. The garage area should be clear of personal items and vehicles to allow our technicians to work efficiently and safely. CV Garage Doors Inc. is not responsible for items left in the work area.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CV Garage Doors Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Safety Disclaimer

Garage doors and their components, including springs and openers, can be extremely dangerous if improperly handled. Customers should never attempt to repair or adjust garage door springs, cables, or other high-tension components. CV Garage Doors Inc. is not liable for injuries resulting from unauthorized DIY repairs.
